All models involved in Jeansbound.com images and motion pictures are at least 18 years old at time of shoot.

1. Jeansbound.com is exempt from the provisions of 18 USC 2257 because the contents of the website depict absolutely no sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 USC 2256 A, parts (i) to (v).

2. While Jeansbound.com is not a producer or distributor of materials covered by 18 USC 2257, the producer does check the identification and confirm the age of every model presented on the website and associated materials, and abides by the spirit and meaning of 2257 to the fullest.  That is to say that a record is created and maintained for each performer that references the model's stage name, true name, & DOB, and records the details of the ID presented to verify the model's attainment of the age of majority.  Furthermore, there are no depictions of a model portraying or implying status as a minor.
